The Firekeepers Casino is owned by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians and managed by Michigan Gaming Entertainment, L.L.C. Gaming Entertainment is a joint venture between Full House Resorts Inc. and RAM Entertainment, L.L.C. The casino is planned to open during the Summer of 2009.
